If you are looking for help with the old Classic webmail, see here.
We recommend switching to the new webmail if possible, unless you are using a feature in the old interface not yet available in the new. Switching is easy. There is no requirement to transfer any messages. Existing address groups saved within your old webmail account are imported to your contacts automatically after your first login to the new webmail. After that, it must be updated manually. More details are given here.
